I was a loyal National City customer then came the PNC mess. It was fine when I was working and had directv deposits into account. When I was out of work for 2 months and no deposits coming in I started seeing 7.00 charges applied. Called the useless customer service and was told need $500 in balance or deposit to avoid fee. I advised not working how an I having that much of balance.She had no suggestions. I asked for a supervisor was told will get call back in 24 to 48 hours. What a joke.
