Yesterday I went to pay my bills, and low and behold the Bill payment no longer works. With no notification PNC terminated my bill paying account. Because I was using a browser that is "out of date". It worked last week so what changed. I went to the branch today and was told that they are now requiring a new version of the browser I use, and that there was no way for me to access the bill paying feature. I told them that I would be changing my bank!
