A WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK WITHOUT FIGHTING AND CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS 100 $ FOR YOUR LOST TIME

The best way to deal with PNC is to contact them and to try to find an intelligent person there. Before you sue or complain contact Ms. Benjamin and you will be surprised with the the outcome. She refunded all the fees and they put 50 $ back into my account for the lost time I suffered.
